Metrobank is seeking a Credit Review Officer to ensure loan approvals conform with internal policies and guidelines. You will develop expertise in credit evaluation and risk assessment while supporting the Branch Credit Committee and Area Supervisors.

The role emphasizes strong analytical abilities, knowledge of EBITDA, and proficient use of spreadsheets. Collaboration with colleagues will be key to delivering sound credit decisions and maintaining policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business-related courses, preferably Economics, Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 years working experience in credit with focus on commercial and corporate loans.
• Knowledgeable in credit risk analysis.
• Well versed in EBITDA, and using/managing spreadsheets.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Must have a pro-active approach to problem solving and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
