Job summary

Infinit-O in the Philippines is seeking an Analyst to join the Credit investment team, supporting underwriting, monitoring, and valuation of portfolio investments across Credit funds. You will work with deal teams and the Valuation group from onboarding through exit, delivering clear, well-supported conclusions.

This highly analytical role requires detail orientation, financial modeling skills, and the ability to synthesize legal and financial docs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in credit, private credit, investment banking, or private equity.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex, formula-driven models; familiarity with Power BI and Chronograph is a plus.
• Knowledge of credit and capital structure concepts (leverage multiples, coverage ratios, covenants) and standard valuation methodologies (DCF, comparables).
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to synthesize legal and financial documentation into clear conclusions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment for confidential, investor-facing work.
• Strong written and verbal communication to produce clear write-ups and memos and collaborate with deal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust financial models for portfolio companies.
• Review underwriting materials to understand loan structures and investment theses.
• Interpret legal documents including credit agreements and intercreditor agreements.
• Monitor financial performance and update models monthly or quarterly.
• Prepare summaries and provide updates to senior Analysts.
• Maintain comparable company analyses and track industry trends.
• Assist in evaluating amendments and financing opportunities.
• Onboard new deals and integrate with the firm's technology stack (Power BI, Chronograph).
• Manage timely collection of borrower financial packages and certifications.
• Own reporting deliverables for investor requests.
