Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking an analyst to support its Credit investment team, covering underwriting, ongoing monitoring, and valuation of portfolio company investments across Credit funds. The role collaborates with deal teams and the Valuation group from onboarding to exit, translating credit and legal docs into clear investment conclusions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in credit, private credit, investment banking, or private equity.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust financial models including capital structure and credit ratios.
• Review investment memos, credit agreements, and diligence items to assess business and investment thesis.
• Interpret credit and intercreditor agreements and related legal docs.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and extract data from data sites.
• Update Excel models after reporting periods and write summaries.
• Provide updates to senior Analysts on portfolio status.
