• Develop and maintain updated and competitive credit policies for acquisitions, underwriting, portfolio management, and collections.
• Analyze portfolio performance, credit test results, and market trends to identify opportunities, risks, and policy enhancements.
• Update credit policy manuals based on performance outcomes and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with business units on product program launches and ensure robust risk acceptance criteria.
• Review and endorse credit-related documents such as program papers, process manuals, and internal communications within agreed timelines.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data mining tools such as SAS or decision tree platforms
• Solid understanding of credit lifecycle management and regulatory compliance
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
