Job summary

Symbos is seeking a Credit Controller to support a client finance team across collections, payment reconciliation and accounts receivable reporting in a multi-country environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of credit control experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, and strong English communication. It is a hybrid position based at Four E-Com with a fixed schedule and one WFH day per week.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines and escalate issues when needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts against agreed credit terms.
• Follow up outstanding debts through reminders, calls and statements.
• Record, track and reconcile incoming payments.
• Prepare accounts receivable ageing and collection reports.
• Produce monthly customer reports.
• Identify and elevate concerns or deviations from agreed processes.
• Balance multiple accounts and priorities while keeping reporting accurate.

You’ll take ownership of following up outstanding balances, monitoring agreed credit terms and keeping stakeholders informed when action is needed.

What you’ll be doing

Great if you also have

• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Exposure to financial systems such as Dynamics 365
• Shared services or BPO experience
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 is preferred
