Job summary

Publicis Re:Sources is seeking a Credit Controller to ensure efficient processing of credit management within the SSC model. The role covers collection, aging debtor controls, and timely resolution of AR issues across agencies.

Requires 2–5 years in credit control; experience in media/advertising is a plus. GST knowledge and strong attention to detail are essential for success in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Credit control.
• Experience in media/advertising industry is an advantage but not necessary.
• Knowledge of GST and money collection processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely processing of all credit management tasks within the SSC model.
• Manage credit processes and aging debtor controls for agencies.
• Resolve issues related to AR and ensure efficient resolution within timeframes.
• Maintain document management to support invoice processes.
• Process and bank brand monies where applicable.
• Prepare and maintain debtor reports and provide exception reporting.

About the Role

The main purpose of this role is to ensure the effective and efficient processing of all credit management related process withing the SSC model.

Responsibilities

• Collection of all agency monies is completed within the AR monthly timetables.
• Management of credit processes and aged debtor controls.
• Resolution of all issues that relate to AR is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Completion of all Resources document management to support invoice processes ·
• Receiving, processing and Banking of Brands Monies recieved if applicable to the brand.
• Reporting of status per portfolio with the agency, client and within resources.
• Preparation and maintenance of all debtor reports.
• Providing exception reporting as appropriate.

Qualifications

• 2 – 5 years of experience in Credit control
• Experience in media/advertising industry is an advantage but not necessary
