Job summary

Publicis Re:Sources Manila is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Credit Control professional to ensure efficient processing of all credit management processes within the SSC model. You will handle collections, debt aging controls, and banking of brand monies, while delivering timely reports to internal and client teams.

The role requires 2–4 years in AR/credit control, with exposure to GST and invoice management.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in an Accounts Receivable / Credit Control environment.
• Experience in the media/advertising industry is an advantage but not necessary.
• GST regulation knowledge.
• Invoice management knowledge.
• Sound knowledge of credit control.
• Money collection processes.
• Fluent in English; intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Collection of all agency monies within AR monthly timetables.
• Management of credit processes and aged debtor controls.
• Resolution of AR-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Receiving, processing and banking of brands’ monies where applicable.
• Reporting of status per portfolio to agencies, clients and internal teams.
• Preparation and maintenance of all debtor reports.
• Providing exception reporting as appropriate.
