Publicis Re:Sources in Manila is seeking a credit management specialist to ensure the effective processing of accounts receivable and credit control within the SSC model. You will handle collection activities, debtor reporting, and timely resolution of AR issues.

The role requires 2–4 years in AR/credit control, GST knowledge, and strong Excel skills. Fluency in English and attention to financial detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in an AR / Credit Control environment.
• GST Regulation knowledge.
• Invoice management and money collection processes.

Responsibilities

• Collect agency monies within AR monthly timetables.
• Manage credit processes and aged debtor controls per brand.
• Resolve AR issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Receive, process, and bank brands’ monies when applicable.
• Report status per portfolio with agency, client, and resources.
• Prepare and maintain all debtor reports; provide exception reporting.
