Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 0–1 year relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
• Understanding of Accounts Receivable basic processing.
• Knowledge of insurance industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with QBE policies, procedures and relevant legislations.
• Take ownership of the ledger and collect outstanding debt.
• Ensure payments are timely and accurate to maintain QBE's reputation.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Process basic and routine AR duties: cash application, monitoring balances, supporting collections and preparing related documents.
• Make data entries and extract reports for analysis.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone or email to provide excellent service.
