Job summary

QBE Group Shared Services Centre in Metro Manila seeks an entry-level Accounts Receivable professional to perform receipting, cash application and account maintenance. You will manage daily workload distribution, respond to inquiries, and ensure payments are processed accurately to uphold QBE's reputation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 0–1 year of relevant experience, and strong numeracy and English communication. This is a full-time position based in Taguig, Philippines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with QBE policies, procedures and relevant legislations.
• Take ownership of the ledger and collect outstanding debt.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to maintain QBE's reputation.
• Build and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Process basic Accounts Receivable duties including cash application and monitoring balances.
• Enter data in the system and generate reports for analysis.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email to provide excellent service.
