Remitly in Manila is seeking a Credit and Collections Specialist to manage outstanding debts, ensure timely payments, and minimize credit risk across currencies. You will lead debt collection activities, produce aged debtors reports, coordinate with sales and finance, and ensure adherence to credit policies while supporting process improvements in a hybrid work setup.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Credit & Collections.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Knowledgeable in MS Excel (AutoSum, VLOOKUP, Pivot).
• Preferably experience in a Shared Service company.
• Willing to work on a rotational shift and hybrid work setup.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Experience in handling international credit control and different currencies.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support workflows.

Mansioni

• Debt collection via telephone chasing on designated accounts.
• Issuing statements, invoices, and account reconciliation on designated accounts.
• Chasing debts by email and phone calls.
• Produce aged debtors and onsite report across designated shows as scheduled and needed.
• Liaise with sales and wider finance teams on debt collection and keep informed.
• Arrange and attend team pre- and post-show meetings 3 months prior to show opening and as required.
• Produce and distribute Show Collection Plan to teams.
• Ensure credit control policy procedures are adhered.
