Job summary

CitiHomes Builder and Development, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage assigned accounts, monitor buyer payments, and dispatch billing and dunning notices. The role requires preparing SOA, posting payments, and reviewing delinquencies.

You will handle inquiries via phone, SMS, and email, and support variant payment methods in Imus, Cavite. Candidates should have a business degree and strong communication skills with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any business course or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in preparation of Statement of Account and analyzing.
• Possess good communication skills, both oral and written, and excellent customer service.
• Willing to be assigned in Imus, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned accounts according to company policies.
• Monitor buyers' payments to prevent delinquency.
• Prepare and dispatch billing and dunning notices.
• Prepare and issue assessment forms for buyer payments (PDC, Cash, etc.).
• Maintain the buyers' ledger and post payments, interest, penalties, and charges.
• Ensure SOA and dunning notices are timely prepared and dispatched.
• Review delinquencies and aging and suggest actions to minimize recurrence.
• Facilitate cancellation of delinquent accounts via ACF routing.
• Handle daily customer queries via phone, SMS, Messenger, emails, etc.
• Conduct CCTEL when needed to supplement notices.
