RELX International in Iloilo, Philippines, is hiring a Credit & Collections Associate to manage routine credit and collections activities and support customer account management and repayment processes. You will apply working knowledge of established procedures to resolve straightforward issues and maintain account accuracy under moderate supervision.

You will minimize overdue balances, set up professional customer relationships, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Services, and Accounts

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 6 months relevant work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Minimize overdue balances and aging per RELX Global Credit Policy.
• Set up and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Adhere to the processes set out by the Credit Policy and minimize risk of loss through delinquent customers.
• Support Customer Services, Sales and Accounts Receivables to solve customer queries and minimize errors and disputes.
• Make sure all reports are generated on time and with accurate information.
• Keep the team updated with any relevant information about the process and activities.
• Coordinate trainings and new assignments for the team.
• Conduct regular huddles with the team using the VM Boards.
• Attend to shared inboxes in a timely manner.
• Control the flow of calls to maintain a low abandonment rate.
• Coordinate with the team to meet monthly deadlines.
