Job summary

RELX International in the Philippines is seeking a Business Support professional to perform routine AP/AR processing, data entry, coordination, verification, and transaction support using established procedures under moderate supervision. You will handle standard financial tasks and support cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Accounting/Finance and up to 6 months of relevant experience, with keen attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0 to 6 months relevant work experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into standard company systems.
• Perform basic data entry tasks, including data verification.
• File information using established procedures to ensure information is accurate and accessible.
• Exchange information with internal clients by having courteous interactions with them.

• Support others by carrying out basic data management tasks.
• File records or documents as instructed.
• Input content into standard templates and collate materials and photocopy them.
