Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Credit Card Strategy Leader to drive revolving products like Virtual limit and Credit Card. You will craft, build and manage the product design, build requirements, and rollout, while shaping a digital lifecycle and cross-sell strategy to maximize customer value.

You will lead a 10+ person team and two development scrum teams, collaborating with Legal, Risk and IT to ensure compliant, scalable product delivery and strong KPI-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in CRM, lifecycle or product roles in financial services.
• Strong product management and development experience in finance or telco/retail.
• Experience building and leading a team in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to collaborate with a wide range of internal partners.
• History of leading in fast-paced, high-growth contexts.
• Comfort with data/analytics to inform strategy and decisions.
• Understanding of business KRAs and how to drive them.
• Experience in an Agile development environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, Operations, Risk, Compliance, IT, Sales and others.
• Craft and own the customer lifecycle strategy for revolving products and engagement.
• Define product features and oversee execution of initiatives.
• Balance technical implementation with speed to market through IT and product teams.
• Partner with cross-functional and external teams to design, build, launch, and market features.
• Use analytics and market research to drive lifecycle, strategy and communications.
• Define and supervise key performance metrics for product decisions.
• Ensure revolving credit products comply with laws and internal policies.
• Lead and manage 10+ experts and 2 development scrum teams.
