Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking candidates for field sales roles to promote the HC Credit Card at partner retailers. You will visit stores, engage shoppers and drive card applications through proactive outreach and product knowledge.

No prior work experience is required, but sales/frontline/field experience is a plus; training is provided. Perks include performance bonus, HMO after 3 months, and direct hire with regular employment.

Responsibilities

• FIELD WORK: proactively selling and promoting HC Credit Card and other key products.
• Maintain HC image at stores and partner POS.
• Promote HC Credit Card to in-store customers.
• Deep knowledge of HC Credit Card and key products.
• Explain card features and rewards to clients.
• Address client questions confidently regarding HC Credit Card.
• Assist customers to complete applications per internal policies.
• Prepare client documentation and submit via system.
• Maintain presentable, functional HC kiosk and work area.
• Protect company equipment.

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Involves FIELD WORK. Proactive selling and promoting of HC Credit Card and other key products
• Keep good image of HC at designated stores / site assigned partner retail POS
• Approach and be able to offer HC Credit Card to all potential clients in-store
• Excellent familiarity with the HC Credit Card and other key products
• Must be able to explain the HC Credit Card features and rewards
• Confidently answer questions and concerns from clients regarding HC Credit Card
• Assist and guide customers to complete the application for consumer finance products in accordance with internal policies and procedures and provide professional services
• Prepare clients documentation, collecting information and working with the system
• Keep working place presentable and fully functional (HC Kiosk)
• Preserve and protect the equipment supplied by the company

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:

• At least High School Graduate, finished Grade 10 or Vocational Course graduate
• No work experience required but having sales/frontline/field experience is a PLUS (e.g. Retail, Sales Lady/Man, Merchandiser, Field Sales)
