Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking field sales personnel to promote the HC Credit Card at partner stores. You will proactively engage customers, explain features and rewards, and help them complete in-store applications while maintaining a professional store presence.

No prior work experience is required; graduates of high school are welcomed, with sales/frontline experience as a plus. Perks include performance bonuses and health benefits after probation.

• Keep good image of HC at designated stores / site assigned partner retail POS.
• Approach and offer HC Credit Card to all potential clients in-store.
• Explain HC Credit Card features and rewards to customers.
• Assist customers to complete applications for consumer finance products.
• Prepare client documentation and collect information for the system.
• Maintain a presentable and fully functional workspace (HC Kiosk).

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Involves FIELD WORK. Proactive selling and promoting of HC Credit Card and other key products
• Keep good image of HC at designated stores / site assigned partner retail POS
• Approach and be able to offer HC Credit Card to all potential clients in-store
• Excellent familiarity with the HC Credit Card and other key products
• Must be able to explain the HC Credit Card features and rewards
• Confidently answer questions and concerns from clients regarding HC Credit Card
• Assist and guide customers to complete the application for consumer finance products in accordance with internal policies and procedures and provide professional services
• Prepare clients documentation, collecting information and working with the system
• Keep working place presentable and fully functional (HC Kiosk)
• Preserve and protect the equipment supplied by the company

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:

• At least High School Graduate, finished Grade 10 or Vocational Course graduate
• No work experience required but having sales/frontline/field experience is a PLUS (e.g. Retail, Sales Lady/Man, Merchandiser, Field Sales)
