Job summary

Job description

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With 2–3 years of experience in credit and collection, accounts receivable, or billing, preferably in the logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or transportation industry.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable, credit evaluation, collection procedures, and account reconciliation.
• Experience in monitoring customer credit limits, payment terms, outstanding balances, and aging of receivables.
• Familiarity with logistics-related billing documents such as invoices, statements of account, delivery receipts, and other supporting documents is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple customer accounts and collection priorities.
• Assertive and professional in following up overdue accounts and negotiating payment arrangements.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Sales, Operations, Billing, Finance, and customers to resolve billing and payment concerns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced logistics environment and meet collection targets and deadlines.
• Experience with local and international logistics accounts is an advantage.
