• Prepares, reviews, and releases billing and collection documents to support countering and collection activities.
• Conducts timely follow-ups on outstanding receivables to ensure prompt payments.
• Ensures accurate posting and application of customer payments, discounts, and withholding taxes.
• Experience with accounting software is required for accurate transaction processing.
• Resolves billing inquiries and disputes related to payment application and account reconciliation.
• Monitors delinquent accounts and supports collection strategies to minimize bad debts.
• Performs regular account reconciliation and prepares aging analyses.
• Prepares accrual entries, schedules, and collection summaries for monthly closes.

• Monitors and escalates delinquent accounts and supports the implementation of effective collection strategies to minimize credit exposure and bad debts.

• Performs regular account reconciliation and prepares aging analyses to monitor receivable status and assess collection performance.

• Prepares accrual entries, schedules, and collection summaries as part of monthly financial closing and reporting.
