Job summary

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Credit Analysis
- Proficient in Tagalog (Mandatory) and English
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM tools, and financial analysis software such as DBR and DSR
Responsibilities
- Credit Assessment & Risk Management: review credit reports, bank statements, KYC documents and assess creditworthiness and loan risks
- Loan Settlement: assess repayment capacity, verify settlement documents and coordinate with Credit Risk and Legal teams
- Customer Support: guide borrowers through settlement and repayment processes and explain loan terms
- Data Analysis & Reporting: analyze default trends and settlement performance using Excel and CRM tools
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with Credit Risk, Customer Service, Legal, lenders, and financial institutions
