Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a upbeat Telesales professional to call leads from an existing client database, introduce a new financial product, answer inquiries on cash loans, and close sales through effective product positioning.

You will work in Vertis, Quezon City, on a shifting schedule including holidays and weekends, participate in daily huddles and trainings, and adhere to company policies while striving to exceed CRM KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Communication skills in Tagalog and English (written & oral)
• Must have basic computer skills
• Able to multi-task, adaptable and assertive
• Willing to work in Vertis, Quezon City

Responsibilities

• Call leads from an existing database of current clients to introduce a new financial product
• Answer incoming calls regarding cash loans and close a sale
• Close a sale through proper product positioning
• Must meet and exceed CRM Telesales KPI Targets
• Attends daily/weekly huddles, team meetings, and training
