Job summary

Shin Media Inc. is seeking a dynamic Creator Partnerships Specialist in Cebu City to identify potential creators, negotiate terms, and manage campaigns. You will build datasets of influencer profiles, coordinate briefs, and ensure on-time delivery across multiple campaigns.

You will collaborate with internal teams to optimize creator selections, monitor performance, and expand the creator network for future opportunities. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising.
• Experience in Business Development, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Creator Management, Talent Management, or Digital Marketing is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable negotiating with creators, influencers, and external partners.
• Familiarity with TikTok, TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, social media creators, and digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential creators, influencers, affiliates, and content creators for brand partner requirements.
• Build and maintain a database of creators with niche, audience, engagement, rates, and past collaborations.
• Match creators with brands, products, campaigns, and target audiences.
• Reach out to creators and facilitate partnership discussions.
• Negotiate creator rates, deliverables, timelines, and commission within budgets.
• Coordinate briefs, product requirements, content guidelines, and posting schedules.
• Monitor deliverables for timely submission and campaign alignment.
• Track performance including engagement, sales, and affiliate metrics.
• Maintain records of agreements, rates, deliverables, and performance.
• Develop relationships to support long-term partnerships and future campaigns.
• Identify new creator opportunities and expand the network.
• Coordinate with internal teams on concerns, changes, and revisions.
• Provide regular updates on sourcing, progress, and performance.
