Job summary

Shin Media Inc. is seeking a KOL Business Development Associate to join our Creator/Influencer team in Cebu City. You will identify, source, and outreach creators that fit campaign needs, then convert qualified creators into brand collaborations.

You will negotiate rates and terms, manage a creator pipeline, and coordinate with internal teams to meet campaign deliverables across multiple platforms. A business background and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in Business Development, Sales, Creator/KOL Outreach, Influencer Acquisition, Affiliate Marketing, or Client Acquisition is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in outreach, negotiation, and relationship building.
• Target-driven and comfortable working with KPIs.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiar with TikTok, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing campaign needs.
• Willing to work flexible hours when required by campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source KOLs, influencers, affiliates, and content creators that match campaign requirements.
• Conduct daily outreach through TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other communication channels.
• Introduce campaign opportunities and explain collaboration requirements to creators.
• Negotiate creator rates, commissions, and partnership terms within approved budgets.
• Follow up consistently and convert qualified creators into successful brand collaborations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of creators and long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables are completed.
• Track outreach, responses, negotiations, and confirmed collaborations.
• Research emerging creators, competitor activities, and social media trends.
