Job summary

Shin Media Inc. is seeking an experienced events professional to plan and execute brand activations, roadshows, exhibitions, product launches and corporate events in Cebu City, Philippines.

You will create concepts, timelines, budgets, and execution plans, coordinating venues, suppliers, staffing, equipment, transport and catering to deliver successful outcomes. You will manage on-site setup, oversee budgets, purchasing, invoices and delivery schedules, and prepare post-event reports.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on event planning and execution experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good English communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel for events.

Responsibilities
