Job summary

FNT CLOTHING CORP. in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a proactive Affiliate Marketing Specialist to grow our network of content creators and affiliates across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Facebook, and other social platforms.

You will source creators, negotiate collaborations, manage product seeding, and monitor campaign performance to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales, collaborating with Marketing, Marketplace, Creative, and E-commerce teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or E-commerce.
• Proven experience sourcing and managing content creators, influencers, or affiliates.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, Facebook, Instagram, and other creator ecosystems.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for campaign tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard content creators, influencers, affiliates, and livestream hosts across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Research trending creators that align with the company’s target market and product categories.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified creators for ongoing and future campaigns.
• Conduct outreach, negotiate collaboration terms, and establish long-term partnerships.
• Maintain regular communication with creators to ensure engagement and campaign success.
• Track affiliate sales, GMV, engagement, content performance, and campaign ROI.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on creator performance, affiliate sales, and campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor posting schedules, content deliverables, and campaign timelines.
