Job summary

Infinity Growth Evolution Corp. is seeking a hands-on influencer marketing specialist to manage creator relationships end-to-end, from outreach and negotiations to contracts and post-campaign follow-up.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Marketing, or E-commerce Operations (TikTok Shop).
• Deep knowledge of TikTok Shop Affiliate Center, TikTok Creator Marketplace, and Viber for community building.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable negotiating with talent, managers, and agencies.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities; able to manage hundreds of creator conversations, contract statuses, and livestream schedules.
• Analytical mindset; comfortable using dashboards to measure ROI and optimize performance.

• End-to-End Creator Management: Manage comprehensive, end-to-end communication with creators—from initial cold outreach and price negotiation to contract finalization and post-campaign relationship management.
• Campaign Sourcing & Recruitment: Actively recruit high-potential creators and affiliates for targeted product campaigns, seasonal launches, and specialized projects.
• Community Management: Build, moderate, and manage an active Viber community dedicated to our affiliates and creators. Keep them engaged with regular updates, campaign briefs, product incentives, and support.
• Livestream Support: Provide hands-on operational and strategic support for creator and affiliate Livestreams to ensure smooth execution, correct product linking, and high-energy performance.
• Data-Driven Reporting: Analyze campaign metrics daily and create comprehensive post-campaign reports. Provide clear, data-driven progress reports to management highlighting top-performing affiliates, campaign ROI, and clear areas for improvement.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; highly comfortable handling daily negotiations with talent, managers, and agencies.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent multi-tasking abilities; capable of managing hundreds of creator conversations, contract statuses, and livestream schedules simultaneously.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data dashboards to determine campaign ROI, track sample activation rates, and optimize performance.
