Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Marketing, or E-commerce Operations (TikTok Shop).
• Deep knowledge of TikTok Shop Affiliate Center, TikTok Creator Marketplace, and Viber for community building.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable negotiating with talent, managers, and agencies.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities; able to manage hundreds of creator conversations, contract statuses, and livestream schedules.
• Analytical mindset; comfortable using dashboards to measure ROI and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Creator Management: manage communication with creators from outreach to post-campaign follow-up.
• Campaign Sourcing & Recruitment: recruit creators and affiliates for product campaigns and launches.
• Community Management: build and manage a Viber community for affiliates and creators.
• Livestream Support: assist creator/affiliate livestreams to ensure smooth execution and proper product linking.
• Data-Driven Reporting: analyze metrics and provide progress reports highlighting ROI and improvements.
