Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in graphic design, marketing, advertising, fine arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience in creative design, marketing, or advertising, with leadership experience preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, creative services, advertising, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience managing designers, content creators, or creative personnel.
• Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, social media, events, and print materials.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor graphic designers, and other creative team members.
• Develop and review creative concepts, designs, and marketing materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline marketing channels.
• Manage project timelines, workflows, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, retail, and external partners to achieve campaign objectives.
• Conduct quality control and approve final creative deliverables.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and consumer insights.
