Magna Prime Chemical Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Creative Supervisor to lead the creative team from ideation to final execution, ensuring marketing collateral, digital assets, packaging concepts, and corporate branding align with company standards.

The role supervises designers, writers, video editors, photographers, and other creative output across print, digital, events, and multimedia platforms, partnering with Marketing, Sales, and executives to translate objectives into compelling

Responsibilities

• Creative Direction & Oversight: Supervise the development of art, graphic layouts, photo/video content, digital assets, and copy for product launches, promotional campaigns, and corporate communications.
• Team Leadership & Workflow Management: Manage, mentor, and evaluate internal creative staff, prioritizing tasks and ensuring project deadlines are met efficiently.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Marketing team, Sales divisions, and executive management to translate corporate objectives into compelling visual narratives and market-facing collateral.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints, ensuring uniform visual identity across print, digital, social media, and on-site displays.
• Quality Control & Production: Review all creative outputs for accuracy, high aesthetic standards, and technical viability before final production or public release.
• General Corporate Compliance: Adhere strictly to company policies, QEHS standards, and maintain 5S housekeeping practices in the workplace.

The Creative Supervisor is responsible for leading the creative team and overseeing all phases of visual and conceptual development—from ideation to final execution. This role ensures that all marketing collateral, digital assets, packaging concepts, and corporate branding align seamlessly with company standards, product lines, and strategic marketing goals. This role supervises designers, writers, video editors, photographers, and other creative output across print, digital, events and multi media platforns.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Creative Direction & Oversight: Supervise the development of art, graphic layouts, photo/video content, digital assets, and copy for product launches, promotional campaigns, and corporate communications.
