Job summary

AUDIO REFINERY INC. is seeking a Creative Supervisor to lead the development and execution of creative projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic goals. You will manage the creative team and guide design concepts to deliver high-quality outputs on time.

The role requires directing cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, retail, and external partners, overseeing timelines, and staying ahead of industry trends to drive effective campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience in creative design, marketing, or advertising, with leadership experience preferred.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, creative services, advertising, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience managing designers, content creators, or creative personnel.
• Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, retail, social media, events, and print materials.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor graphic designers, and other creative team members.
• Develop and review creative concepts, designs, and marketing materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline marketing channels.
• Manage project timelines, workflows, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, retail, and external partners to achieve campaign objectives.
• Conduct quality control and approve final creative deliverables.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and consumer insights.
• Present creative ideas and recommendations to management.
