Job summary

NextGen Ventures seeks a Senior Creative Designer to act as the creative authority for the B2C Marketing team. You will set the visual standard, lead the creative direction across campaigns and brand, and elevate output across the design team.

You will produce high-quality work, craft original concepts, and guide other designers to ensure consistency and performance across digital ads, landing pages, emails, and in-app visuals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a senior creative designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Ability to develop original creative concepts, not just execute briefs.
• Experience providing creative direction to other designers.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain the creative standard for all visual output.
• Provide clear creative direction to designers and interns.
• Review all creative work before it leaves the team as the final quality gate.
• Lead visual concept and design execution for B2C campaigns across digital formats.
• Own and evolve the brand identity and design system across touchpoints.
