The Brand Marketing Supervisor serves as a key operational lead, responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of marketing strategies and the daily performance of the team. Reporting directly to the Corporate Brand Marketing Manager, this role oversees all junior marketing staff, enforces timelines, and bridges the gap between strategic direction and onground implementation. With a strong command of brand standards, workflow management, and cross-team coordination, the Brand Marketing Supervisor drives output while maintaining quality and alignment. In the absence of the Head of Marketing, the Supervisor takes charge of day-to-day operations—ensuring consistency, accountability, and continuous progress across the team.
Job Description
Team Oversight and Leadership
- Supervise both Marketing Strategy and Design Teams, ensuring accountability and alignment across tasks
- Delegate deliverables and manage team capacity based on campaign timelines and business priorities
- Approve content, captions, and creative materials before final escalation
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to support skill growth and efficiency
- Step in for the Head of Marketing when needed for internal approvals and team direction
Campaign Management and Execution Oversight
- Lead and manage end-to-end campaign execution across digital, in-store, and promotional channels
- Ensure campaign assets are delivered on time and meet brand standards
- Troubleshoot issues or delays, reassign tasks as needed, and flag concerns to the Head of Marketing
- Review campaign briefs, oversee build-ups, and ensure proper rollout across all platforms and stores
- Consolidate team input into final campaign output decks or presentations
Calendar and Workflow Enforcement
- Own and manage the master marketing and content calendar, ensuring schedule accuracy
- Track progress across campaigns and enforce internal timelines and team deliverables
- Maintain visibility across all running projects and ensure the team is aligned with weekly and monthly rollout plans
- Set clear task ownership and accountability checkpoints for the team
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as key marketing liaison with external departments such as Operations, Product Innovation, etc.
- Align internal teams on campaign needs, changes, and rollout schedules
- Manage incoming requests, prioritize appropriately, and delegate for execution
- Identify cross-team blockers and work to resolve them quickly with minimal escalation
Reporting and Strategic Feedback
- Oversee team's post-campaign reporting and documentation process
- Consolidate results, engagement metrics, and screenshots into performance reports
- Provide feedback to the Head of Marketing on recurring challenges or areas for process improvement
- Recommend optimizations based on team execution and campaign outcomes
Team Development and Process Improvement
- Identify gaps in team performance, knowledge, or process flow and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to improve team systems, templates, or tools
- Initiate team huddles, check-ins, or informal training to align expectations and build confidence
- Support onboarding of new hires or interns and help reinforce brand standards and workflows
- Recommend process improvements based on campaign learnings or recurring inefficiencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field
- 3–5 years of marketing experience with a strong background in brand and campaign execution
- Proven leadership experience managing team members and handling cross-functional coordination
- Strong project and time management skills; highly organized and proactive
- Clear communicator, confident in enforcing deadlines and following up on tasks
- Solid knowledge of brand marketing principles, content rollout, and customer engagement
- Able to give constructive feedback, manage quality control, and maintain brand standards
- Composed under pressure, with sound decision-making in fast-moving environments
- Proven eye for detail and brand consistency
