Ethnik Living is hiring a Creative Strategist to own our paid media creative strategy, discover new customer personas, and build a consistent pipeline of ads that help us acquire customers profitably. As a furniture and home decor brand with products including wall mirrors and wall sconces, we need creative that helps people picture our pieces in their homes and gives them a compelling reason to buy.

You will turn customer insights and performance data into messages, short- and long-form video

Qualifications

• 3+ years in creative strategy or related field.
• Portfolio with paid ads and outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Meta ads and UGC.
• Ability to articulate hypotheses and results.
• Experience leading production sprints.

Responsibilities

• Define paid media creative strategy and messaging.
• Develop weekly creative concepts across formats.
• Write hooks, scripts, and calls to action.
• Create briefs with hypothesis and shot lists.
• Lead weekly creative reviews.
• Guide designers and editors.
• Lead production sprints and manage pipeline.
• Coordinate with marketing and product launches.
