SmartLine Human Resource Services Inc. is seeking a Sous Chef at Alabang Town Center to support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring top-quality food preparation.

You will oversee daily kitchen activities, train staff, assist with menu planning and new recipe creation, and ensure dishes are prepared on time to meet restaurant standards. The ideal candidate has a 1–3 year track record in a fast-paced kitchen, strong culinary skills, leadership and communication abilities, and

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
• Strong culinary skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead and manage a team; effective communication.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring the quality of food preparation.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management and food purchasing.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food cleanliness and safety.
• Help in menu planning and contribute to the creation of new recipes.
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and to the restaurant's standards.
