The role spans email marketing campaigns, social media ad creatives, short-form video editing, and content creation drawn from a professionally shot seasonal image library. We want someone with strong creative instincts who brings ideas forward - not someone who waits to be told what to make.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and schedule at least two Mailchimp email campaigns each week, mapping out up to a month of campaigns ahead
• Design social media ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest drawing on our seasonal image library
• Produce engaging short-form content, including Reels and TikTok videos
• Cut promotional videos and short product clips for the website and social channels
• Assess ad and campaign performance and put together reports with recommendations
• Pitch creative concepts, campaign themes, and content ideas proactively
• Retouch, crop, and optimize images for campaigns and web use
• Work closely with the creative director on direction, feedback, and final approval

Mandatory Skills
