Qualifications

• Must have proven experience running organic social media for business accounts on IG & FB
• Ability to build content strategy and calendar independently
• Ability to edit short-form video using CapCut, Premiere, or similar
• Proficient graphic design skills with Canva or Photoshop including thumbnails
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite for scheduling, inbox management, and automated replies
• Experience with social media scheduling and cross-posting tools
• Ability to read analytics and report on KPIs
• Excellent written English for captions and engagement
• Reliable, precise, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and initiative to propose ideas

Responsibilities

• Assemble and maintain a rolling 30-day content calendar for approval
• Publish organic content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Convert long-form video into short-form formats with thumbnails
• Create graphics and cut video assets for posts
• Manage publishing through cross-posting and scheduling tools
• Monitor comments and DMs with automated reply templates in Meta
• Test different formats and audiences to identify best performers
• Track analytics and report on followers, engagement, and conversions vs KPIs
• Support paid social campaigns as budgets come in
• Steer social across multiple brands under the same ownership
• Advise on new content directions and platform opportunities
