Job summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage creative projects from initiation through completion. You will ensure timely delivery, clear communication among teams, clients, and management, and maintain detailed schedules.

The role requires a 2–3 year track record in project coordination within a creative or production setting, with strong proficiency in project management tools and superb communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years in project coordination, preferably in a creative/production environment.
• Strong understanding of project workflows in graphic design, video, digital content, or marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (about 5–6 projects).
• Primary point of contact for client coordination including meetings and reports.
• Experience with project timelines, deliverables, progress monitoring, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creative project schedules from initiation to completion.
• Serve as primary contact between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines with clear deadlines.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement proactive solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates to management.
