Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional Web & Graphic Design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both web and graphic design capabilities.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for social media, websites, email, and marketing collateral based on provided creative briefs.
• Adapt master designs into different sizes, formats, layouts, and languages while maintaining visual integrity.
• Strictly follow established brand guidelines and style guides across all creative outputs.
• Review designs for alignment, typography, color accuracy, consistency, and overall visual quality.
• Check assets for formatting errors and typos before submission.
• Prepare and export files for web and digital use in RGB and print production in CMYK.
• Ensure correct file formats, dimensions, resolution, and bleeds.
• Collaborate with Senior Designers and other creative team members on assigned projects.
• Support brainstorming and mood-boarding for upcoming campaigns.
