Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years in project coordination, preferably in a creative/production environment.
• Strong understanding of project workflows in graphic design, video, digital content, or marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (about 5–6 projects).
• Primary point of contact for client coordination including meetings and reports.
• Experience with project timelines, deliverables, progress monitoring, and reporting.

The ideal candidate understands creative production workflows and demonstrates strong organization, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Project Coordination – Coordinate and oversee creative project schedules from initiation through completion.

• Stakeholder Communication – Serve as the primary point of contact between internal creative teams, clients, and stakeholders.

• Timeline Management – Develop and manage detailed project timelines while clearly communicating deadlines and expectations.

• Progress Monitoring – Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions.

• Documentation & Reporting – Manage project documentation and provide regular status updates to management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in project coordination, preferably within a creative agency or production environment.

• Strong understanding of project management workflows within creative production, including graphic design, video production, digital content, or marketing campaigns.

• Experience managing multiple projects or accounts simultaneously, with the ability to effectively handle approximately 5–6 projects/accounts at a time.

• Experience serving as the primary point of contact for client coordination, including managing client meetings, reports, and day-to-day project activities.

• Strong experience managing project timelines, deliverables, progress monitoring, and reporting while ensuring projects remain on schedule.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
