Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Supervisor - Multimedia & Content Production to lead Alfamart’s multimedia and content-production for Commercial Marketing and Corporate Brand.

You will manage end-to-end production of video, photography, motion graphics, shoots, events, and digital content while staying hands-on in shooting, editing, design, and post-production. The role requires steering complex projects, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Film, Photography, Communication Arts, Advertising, Digital Media, or related field.
• Experience in video production, photography, editing, motion graphics, or multimedia content.
• Strong portfolio covering video, photography, editing, and motion work.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop.
• Knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, audio, composition, color grading, and platform specs.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into multimedia-content plans including scripts, storyboards, shot lists, production schedules.
• Lead shoots across product, food, lifestyle, employee, store, executive, and event content.
• Direct talent, styling, lighting, framing, audio, and production flow.
• Coordinate locations, products, props, equipment, logistics, and approvals.
• Oversee video and motion graphics production including reels, explainers, and campaigns.
• Review work and ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Manage photography standards and asset library, including post-production and color correction.
• Coach junior creatives and coordinate external photographers, videographers, and vendors.
