About This Role

The Photo and Video Editor is a key creative driver of the company’s brand presence and sales performance. This role is responsible for producing high-quality visual content that captures attention, builds trust, and converts viewers into customers across eCommerce and digital platforms.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute photo and video shoots for products, campaigns, and brand content
• Set up and manage lighting, camera, props, and shooting environments
• Edit high-quality photos and videos for eCommerce, ads, and social media platforms
• Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling ideas aligned with marketing goals
• Design graphics, layouts, and promotional materials for campaigns
• Review and enhance outputs to ensure professional quality and conversion effectiveness
• Stay updated with design, content, and digital marketing trends
• Collaborate in brainstorming and creative strategy sessions
• Create templates and reusable assets for scalable content production
• Organize and maintain creative files, assets, and content libraries
• Prepare content for internal and external marketing use
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs
• Research and recommend new creative directions to strengthen brand identity
• Support advertising and marketing teams with high-performing visual content

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Film, Marketing, or any related field (preferred but not required)
• Open to Senior High School graduates or undergraduates with strong portfolio and relevant experience
• Proven skills in photo and video editing (portfolio required)
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and content creation
• Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
• Ability to plan, shoot, and execute content independently
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and brand consistency
• Knowledge of eCommerce and social media content trends
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• High level of ownership, creativity, and initiative
• Willingness to continuously improve and adapt to fast-paced demands
