Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and drink presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Passion for beverages and customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with cocktails, wine, beer, and mocktails.
• Legal work authorization in the Philippines.
• Certification in bartending is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and other drinks, with precision and creativity.
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer product recommendations and share knowledge about beverages, menu items, and pairings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and nearby areas.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and handling bar equipment.
• Handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
