Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Operations Coordinator in the Philippines to support Critical Response & Support for the AMER region. You will manage CR&S leads in Javelin, coordinate with hotels via calls and emails, and ensure timely processing of opportunities in MeetingBroker.

This hybrid role requires at least 2 years in hospitality operations, strong communication, and proficiency with O365 tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Hospitality, Business or equivalent.
At least 2+ years in customer service in the Service/Hospitality industry involving hotel operations.
Hybrid work environment with graveyard shift aligning to AMER time zones.
Experience using CRM and cloud-based platforms is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate CR&S leads and opportunities in Javelin for proper crediting.
Initiate contact with hotels via calls and emails; ensure timely lead processing in MeetingBroker.
Track CERs for group bookings and ensure correct data and lead status.
Handle non-revenue cases like billing disputes and folio requests daily.
Provide back-up support for revenue-generating requests during peak times.
Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Facilities, and HR for department needs.
Perform timekeeping duties for department staff per Payroll deadlines.
Assist and coordinate special projects with project timetables and status updates.
