Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Quote Desk Support Analyst to create accurate, compliant quotes in Salesforce CPQ in collaboration with AEs. You will support new business, amendments, renewals and zero‑dollar quotes while adhering to pricing policies and approvals.

The role focuses on reducing quote turnaround time, resolving CPQ issues, and driving automation and knowledge management across Sales and Ops. You will partner with Revenue, Product and Legal to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, quoting, Deal Desk or commercial support.
• At least 1 year hands‑on Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ experience.
• Good understanding of the sales deal cycle and quote‑to‑cash processes, including pricing, approvals, booking and billing.
• Knowledge of SaaS or CCaaS subscriptions and licensing models, including AI‑enabled products.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to investigate quote and system issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, and familiarity with Salesforce reporting.
• Ability to prepare clear process documentation, templates and guidance materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and a service‑oriented approach to Sales.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet SLAs and maintain high attention to detail.
• Interest in applying AI and automation to improve productivity and processes.

Responsibilities

• Build accurate renewal and zero‑dollar quotes in Salesforce CPQ per approvals.
• Support AEs with product configuration, SKU selection, pricing and quote approvals.
• Assist AEs and TAMs with zero‑dollar quotes and standalone services change requests.
• Resolve quoting issues and maintain quote momentum, especially at month‑end and quarter‑end.
• Act as the first point of contact for CPQ questions and issues.
• Document findings and escalate defects to the CPQ Admin and product teams.
• Create and maintain quote templates, checklists, process guides and knowledge articles.
• Produce Salesforce reports and dashboards to highlight performance trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, CPQ, Product, Finance, Legal, Billing, TAM and Operations.
