Zusammenfassung

NiCE Ltd. is seeking a Quote Desk Support Analyst to create accurate, compliant quotes in Salesforce CPQ and to collaborate with Account Executives across APAC and EMEA.

You will help optimize quote turnaround time, resolve CPQ issues, and contribute to knowledge management and automation initiatives. The role requires strong problem-solving, 6+ years in Sales Operations or deal desk, and hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience.

Qualifikationen

6+ years in Sales Operations, quoting or deal desk.
At least 1 year hands-on Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.
Understanding of quote-to-cash processes: pricing, approvals, booking, billing.
Knowledge of SaaS or CCaaS subscriptions and licensing models, including AI-enabled products.
Strong problem-solving and ability to investigate quote and system issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication and a service-oriented approach.

Aufgaben

Create accurate, compliant quotes in Salesforce CPQ for various scenarios.
Support AEs, Partner Executives with configuration, pricing, terms and approvals.
Handle zero-dollar quotes and standalone service change requests.
Resolve quoting issues and maintain momentum, especially month-end and quarter-end.
Act as first contact for CPQ questions and triage system issues.
Produce reports, dashboards and contribute to knowledge management and improvements.
