Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking a Project Cost Control Manager to oversee project accounting, CAPEX monitoring, financial controls, and cost management for infrastructure and capital-intensive projects in the Philippines.

The ideal candidate is a CPA with strong experience in project accounting and cost reporting, familiar with ERP systems, Excel, and cross-functional collaboration with project managers, procurement, and engineering.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.
• At least 3–5 years of project accounting, controllership, CAPEX management, audit, or financial controls experience.
• Experience with infrastructure, utilities, manufacturing, construction, engineering, or real estate projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project accounting and financial monitoring for CAPEX and projects.
• Track budgets, costs, and forecasted expenditures to ensure alignment with funding.
• Prepare and analyze project financial reports and variance analysis for stakeholders.
• Ensure recording and reconciliation of project transactions per accounting standards and policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, engineering, and operations on financial status.
