Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an Accounting Associate Manager (Project and CAPEX) in Quezon City for a hybrid work setting. The role oversees financial management of project costs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

You will monitor CAPEX transactions, ensure proper approval and coding, track budgets vs actuals, and support month-end and year-end closings, audits, and ERP records (SAP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or finance; CPA preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience in project or cost accounting.
• Experience handling CAPEX or project-based transactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record project-related (CAPEX) transactions.
• Ensure all project expenses are approved, documented, and coded.
• Track budgets vs actual spend and report variances.
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare project cost reports and summaries for management.
• Assist in internal and external audit requirements.
• Maintain project financial records in the ERP.
• Coordinate with project teams, procurement, and finance.
• Support improvements in project cost tracking and controls.
