Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an Accounting and Finance Manager (CPA) for its Makati City office. The ideal candidate will lead all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial guidance. A licensed CPA with strong leadership is essential, with preference for experience in accounting firms.

Qualifications

• CPA licensed is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance required.
• 5–8 years of solid experience in general accounting with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Oversee all facets of accounting and financial operations.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements and manage audits.
