Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Project Finance Supervisor to monitor, control, and analyze CAPEX and project-related financial transactions. The role partners with project managers, procurement, accounting, and operations to ensure expenditures align with budgets and policies.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in CAPEX or project finance, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment. CPA and SAP proficiency are highly valued.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track CAPEX budgets and project expenditures across ongoing projects.
• Prepare CAPEX utilization reports, project cost summaries, and variance analyses for management review.
• Record and classify project-related financial transactions and support month-end closures.
• Support vendor billings, payables processing, and project billing coordination with procurement.
