Job summary

Five9 is seeking a Sr. Supervisor, Payroll and Accounting to lead payroll operations and accounting functions in the Philippines. The role combines end-to-end payroll processing with GL integration, month-end close, and strong leadership to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

You will supervise Sr. Payroll Analysts, coordinate with providers and agencies, and drive automation and process improvements in a hybrid onsite environment after a 6-month probation.

Qualifications

• Must be a CPA and licensed in the Philippines.
• 5+ years of payroll processing and GL experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role or leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for regular and off-cycle salaries.
• Coordinate with external payroll providers and local compliance agencies.
• Ensure accurate statutory remittances and timely tax filings (DOLE, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Manage month-end close for payroll-related expenses and ledger postings.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Sr. Payroll Analysts and staff; drive process improvements.
